कोशी उच्च बाँधको एजेण्डा कांग्रेसको हो कि एमालेको ?
नेपालमा पानी राजनीति र पानी राष्ट्रियताको प्रसंग नयाँ होइन । इतिहासको फेहरिस्त लामै छ । तर, आजको प्रसंग भने कोशी उच्च बाँधमा मात्र केन्द्रित छ ।

कोशी उच्चबाँध नेपालका लागि अपरिहार्य परियोजना हो भनेर मोरङको विराटचोकमा केपी ओलीले भाषण ठोकेपछि पंक्तिकारजस्ता केही यसका पक्षधरहरुलाई राष्ट्रघातको विशेषणबाट मुक्ति मिलेको छ भने हिजोसम्म जल राष्ट्रियताको नाममा कोशी उच्चबाँध राष्ट्रघात हो भन्ने अधिकांश कम्युनिस्टहरुका मुखमा गतिलै बुझो लागेको छ ।

तर, कुरा सेखी झर्ने वा बढ्ने हैन, कुरा समृद्धिको हो । यसर्थ यो मुद्दा अब कम्तिमा कांग्रेस, एमाले, माओवादी, मधेसवादी, बाबुरामदेखि चित्रबहादुर केसीसम्मलाई एक ठाउँमा ल्याउन सक्षम भएका छौं ।

अर्थात् अब यो परियोजना राष्ट्रिय सहमतिको मुद्दा भएको छ । केपी ओलीले भनेजस्तै यो नेपालको विकास र समृद्धिका लागि अन्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण विषय हो ।
